    hey man sorry for taking so long to answer. anyway, after some time trying to fix the problem, it has nothing to do with an antivirus (because as i said i had them all turned off). its an issue with how the OS upgrades to this new build. you see i had formated and installed my windows with a 1703 build iso and then I had it upgrade to 1709 through the windows update.
